Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is on the way.
Local Pickup – Flagstaff, AZ
Orders can be picked up daily from 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your items.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for addresses within 25 miles of our shop in Flagstaff, AZ.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the local delivery option. If this option does not appear, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday - Friday) will be delivered the next day.

You will receive an email with real-time tracking once your order is out for delivery.
Flat Rate Shipping
We ship within the United States using UPS.

Sokie Dog Beds & Cooler Pads: Flat rate shipping fee of $33.

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days.

Custom Orders & Stargazer Product Shipping
Shipping costs for custom work and the Stargazer product will vary based on the size and packaging requirements of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States.

No shipping to P.O. boxes.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
