Overland Foam started with a problem I wanted to solve for myself.

While living and traveling out of my OVRLND Camper, I needed a mattress that actually fit the space, held up to life on the road, and was comfortable enough to sleep on night after night. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted, so I built it.

What started as one camper mattress grew into a partnership with OVRLND Campers and eventually into Overland Foam.

Today, we design and build purpose-built mattresses, seating, and camper accessories for people who actually use their rigs. Our products are developed around real-world problems—from maximizing comfort in tight spaces to keeping bugs out, managing cold nights, and building gear tough enough for everyday camper life.

Everything we build starts with the same idea: make it fit the application, use the right materials, and build it to last.

I'm Matthew, founder of Overland Foam. Years spent camping, traveling, and living out of truck campers have shaped how I approach every product we make.

I care about the little things that become big things when you're actually living out of a camper: mattress fit, wet gear, dirty dogs, condensation, bugs, storage, setup time, and materials that need to survive years of use.

That experience continues to drive how Overland Foam designs and improves its products today.
