Overland Foam Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

Custom items are only eligible for return or refund if they arrive damaged. Once the estimate has been approved and signed with the correct dimensions, the order is finalized and cannot be modified or returned.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
